If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Henry George Menswear we operate hassle free returns policy; Simply return your item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We endevaour to process all refunds and exchanges within 3 working days.
Products should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect item or a faulty item, please contact our customer services department via email at email@example.com and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. Alternatively you can contact us by telephone on on 0115 837 022 (Monday to Saturday 9 - 5pm).
Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost in transit, the goods are your responsibility until received by Henry George Menswear, therefore we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.
Please note: Underwear, swimwear, gift vouchers or any goods which which have undergone alteration are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any product that has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition.
We will only refund the delivery charge for sending the product to you if the product is not as ordered, damaged or faulty.
When processing a refund for returned goods, we will refund by the original method of payment and you will receive an email confirming the refund amount. If we decide not to process any refund you will be contacted by our customer services department.

We are also happy to accept returned items at Ilkeston store. Please ensure that you take your order confirmation as proof of purchase. We will also require the payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal or LayBuy) that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, that person will need to be present at the time of return to accept the refund back on to their card.
