We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you aren't 100% satisfied we will happily issue an exchange or refund assuming that the item(s) are received back within 14 days of receipt and are in-line with our Returns Policy.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS - PURCHASES MADE FROM NOVEMBER 13 - DECEMBER 25 CAN BE RETURNED UP UNTIL JANUARY 7 2022.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming the item(s) are returned and received by us within 14 days of receipt and are in-line with the below:
- All items must be in the original and re-saleable condition.
- Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- No evidence of fragrance or deodorant marks.
- The returns form must be completed; any missing information may result in your return not being processed.
- Faulty items may need to be sent back to manufacturer for inspection prior to an exchange or refund.
When you receive your order a returns form will be included in the package. Please ensure the form has been completed in full and is included in the parcel when returning your order to us.
If for any reason you do not have a returns form or have any other problems when returning your order please contact us by phone on 0115 8372022 or email email@example.com and our team will be happy to help. Any goods returned that are not in line with the returns policy will not be accepted.
If you are returning for an exchange please complete the returns form included in your parcel.
For UK customers your first exchange will be re-posted free of charge; if you require a further exchange from the same order your registered payment method will be charged £3.99 for Next Day Delivery on UK orders.
International customers will be contacted to request the cost of postage on any exchange.
Please fill in the returns form included in your package and let us know the reason you would like a refund. We will refund the order amount to your payment method. We process returns within 24 hours of receipt, however, during busy periods, including Sale and Christmas time, there may be a slight delay.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any return postage/packaging charges unless the item is faulty. In this case, we will provide a pre-paid label.
Please ensure the return parcel is securely packaged to avoid any damage whilst it is in transit. We advise to use an insured and tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost/damaged on return to us.
For faulty goods, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 months of purchase. Any item returned as faulty (if worn) will be subject to inspection and may need to be returned to the supplier/brand for inspection to determine that the item has a manufacturing fault, once confirmed we will offer either a replacement or refund.
