We aim to delivery your purchases as soon as possible. However, please allow 3 working days from reciept of your order for delivery. 

Please note that during certain times of the year (Sale periods, Christmas, Bank Holidays) delivery times may be longer than usual. 

Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control (courier issues). 

Next Day Delivery

  • £5.99 on all orders

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery on orders placed after 2pm Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be sent Monday (or the next working day if there is a Bank Holiday) no matter what delivery method is chosen. Please choose the best option to avoid disappointment/overspending on shipping.

Collect from Store

  • FREE on all orders
  • You can collect your item from our Ilkeston store
  • Your order will be ready to collect from your chosen store the same working day (if ordered between Monday to Saturday 9 - 5pm)
  • You'll need to bring your order confirmation email into store for collection
  • We will keep your item for collection for 7 days, after which time we will cancel and refund your order in full if it remains uncollected

International Delivery

  • FREE delivery on orders over £149.99
  • £9.99 on orders under£149.99
  • 5-7 working days
  • Europe only

Other Information

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address has been filled in incorrectly. We will not be able to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items if at your request they have been left somewhere unsigned. 

If your item has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service department via email at or by telephone 0115 837 2022 (Monday to Saturday 9 - 5pm) quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will look into resolving the issue for you straight away.
